   Food Stamps or the newer credit cards can only be used to purchase food, no cigarettes, no liquor and no bad housing loans. If an individual is receiving welfare checks, they are living in HUD or Section 8 homes, not their own homes. Sorry to dispel your theory

   No one is implying that it would but you’d be wise to let your GOP friends know that as well since the majority (44%) of all welfare recipients are non-urban whites (aka Republicans)! (DUH!)

   People on welfare are not allowed credit cards, and they surely cannot get loans.

   It is a proven fact that the blue states pay more in taxes than the red states.

    They do not give food stamps in negative land

    Instead ask way people need food stamps…the millions of people out of work…are they all Dem’s..standing in long lines ups and have to wait weeks to any support to kick in

    This is why the cons are not liked and very nasty people…doing your party a great service as they try to move ahead

    When will republicans realize that there are both sides in need of help…or do they just leave them starve in negative lands…so many Dem’s have learnt the hard way…unable to pay for loans for houses and lost them almost two years ago now..because that was then it began

    Houses are for sale from 1-2,000 in some areas….buy one yet

    President Obama is after the lending practises of credit card company’s going to defend them too

    People I know have bought house with 4.7 interest, things are shaping up in the real world….must keep up with the real news dear

    I’m sick of this welfare food stamp crap !!!!!!
    I know lots of people that’s out of work and none of them are receiving any public assistance but even if they are look at how much money that get taken out of their checks weekly in taxes to cover public assistance when they are working !!!!!

    AND LOOK AT WALL STREET>>.THEY SUPPOSE TO BE THE BIG TIME MONEY PEOPLE AND EVEN A LOT OF THE TOP DOGS FELL THERE IN THIS DIFFICULT AREA SO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ???/

    never this has been their answer since the Great Depression when FDR started it. it was needed then but it’s time to put some of those leeches to work so they will stop sucking the life blood of the country and let some of those companies go under just pay the money to honest investors.
