I know a mortgage shows up on your credit but does renting an apartment?

You must make the minimum payment
You can charge more to your account
You must pay the available balance before you can charge more
Your balance has exceeded your credit limit

I need to know how to get late marks from credit cards off of your credit report

When a collector puts something on your credit report and you pay off the debt when does your credit score go back up?

Okay on itunes i put one of those visa giftcard things. well today i got this message saying “re verify your credit card security code” and i threw away my card. is there any way to get that back cause i have $10.00 left on it.

I was under the impression that if you keep your oldest credit card open, as long as it is in good standing, that it will help your credit rating. Is this true or a flasehood by the CC co’s to make you keep unnecessary cards open?

If you pay everything you owe what is the average points you get, and after paying everything how do you raise your credit rating.

Stores have to pay the credit card company a percentage of everything sold around 2-5%. I know that they also add 2-5% to your charge so they dont lose money. So im wandering if i ask to charge cash instead of paying with my credit card can i get that percent taken off?

I have often heard it said that the more people that look into your credit report the lower your score will become? If this is true how much is it affected? One point per hit? I ask because I have fair credit, I am applying for a car loan and shopping for car insurance quotes. Every car insurance company has asked permission to view my credit, and of course so are the loan companies. Is this adversely affecting my credit?

Lets say you pay in full each month.
You buy a cheap camera that breaks and the store refuses to take it back after one week.
You dispute it with the credit card and they start the dispute.

The credit card company will tell you to pay your balance minus the camera charge.
But won’t you pay interest if you don’t pay in full each month?
Or, do you have to go ahead and follow their rules and pay interest so the dispute will continue? Do you void the dispute by paying in full (including the camera) anyway?
