I hear of good credit and bad credit, but is a student loan look good or bad on your credit report.
Does it matter if it’s defferred or not?

Hello, I am curious if medical expenses affect your credit score and how they affect them. My ex was responsible for a hospital bill, he signed off to pay it and now the collections agencies are after me to pay the bill. There is another debt from a collection agency that resulted from a hospital visit. Did I say I will never again be put in the hospital and that I can not stand doctors! Anyway, if anyone knows, let me know. Thanks!
I have 3 things on my credit report and I can’t figure out who they are from…
Thanks for your help!
(being unemployed really hurt my credit score) =S
and what are some web site to help you get this loan and some to help clean up your credit?
What happens in the long run? Obviously your credit score drops… other than that.
I think it is unfair that cell phone companies check your credit report to see if you qualify for their services. But they do not post your payments on your credit file. I think all services that check your credit file for services should also post the payments. To show that you not only pay your credit cards but all your other bills to.
I have applied for credit 52 times and been refused 49 times over a year or so, i was strugling with debt and needed credit to manage, i now have a job and a very good income, i was just wondering how long it takes previous credit applications to disappear from your file, i know defauls and other things are 7 or so.
thanks
I heard it actually makes your credit score go down if you payoff an old charged off debt. So should I not try and pay it? Or can I negotiate with the collector/creditor to pay the debt, and have it removed from my report.
I read somewhere that rather than paying off your credit card balance completely, you should only pay the minimum balance plus 20%. How does that encourage the credit card company in raising your card’s spending limit?
can you dispute an inquiry on your credit report if the company doesn’t have a correct address? if so who can you dispute that with to get it taken off?
