How do you find a bad credit loan? I have a discharged bankruptcy that was a year ago.?
I want to pay off some debts and get on track so I can try to buy a home next year. I have a steady job with good income and am a single parent.
I have tried to go to www.wesayes.com and the page won’t come up. I am interested in checking this website out and appreciate you guys telling me about it but I can’t get to it!
Bad Credit You Can Still Get a Mortgage to Buy a House
By: John R Blakefield
This web site has a ton of articles like this one! Also there are companies to research loans with too!!!
Good luck!
The easiest way to do that is to contact the credit bureau and get the copy of your credit file – whoever reports that loan to the file is the owner of the debt and that is who you would need to pay. For ex if this loan went to collections you would pay the collection comp – not the original loaner. There are 3 bureaus – equifax experian and trans union. You are entitled to a free file from all 3 each year. Hope this helps!!
give this place a look over http://www.wesayes.com
here is some text from the site “We have over 80 Little-known Banks & Companies that offer Bad Credit Loans, Bad Credit Home Loans, Bad Credit Auto Loans, and Bad Credit Personal loans to people with Bad Credit or even a Bankruptcy. Many require absolutely NO COLLATERAL & NO CO-SIGNERS. Home ownership is not required.”

They offer a database of lenders that specialize in lending to people with bad credit.
You can’t get out of debt by borrowing money!
You can’t afford a home. Pay off your debt. Get a second or third job. Then start saving for a downpayment. In a few years, you’ll be able to get a house and a mortgage.
