   There are three credit bureaus that hold your credit history. By law, you can request your credit history or “score” once a year for free. You don’t need to go through a third party that would cost you money. Do you use a bank? Ask them to gather your report for you. They check your report when you open an account, so they should have your information available.

   To Request your Credit Report by Phone:

   * Call 1-877-322-8228
   * You will go through a simple verification process over the phone.

   Your reports will be mailed to you within 15 days. Please, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

   To Request your Credit Report by Mail:

   1. Download the request form (You need an Adobe viewer to view the requested form. Download the free Adobe viewer)
   2. Print and complete the form
   3. Mail the completed form to:
