   Bad credit can make it difficult to obtain a loan – You may need to fix your credit first and then re-apply. This is a long process – it could take you 12months or more. Start saving money into a savings account, whatever you think you can afford – this will help you work out how much you could borrow, and in turn what house you may be able to afford. There is a lot more to it, money for repairs etc. So even after you buy a house there is more money needed, on an ongoing basis to keep it up. Good luck

   I suggest you to increase your credit score to above 700
