I purchased a manufactured home with the land and the payment is auto deducted. The property manager told me they do not report it but he can give me a letter for credit. I’d rather have it listed on my credit instead. Any suggestions?

Over the past 3 years I made mistakes on not paying on time and my credit went down. I need to open up a checking account so I went my nearest Bank and was not approved due to my lack of credit. I feel down and regret doing what I did and its important to have good credit. Is there some way for me to open a checking debit account with direct deposit its not like I am opening a credit account. What banks do not check credit…..
