My mom is a little paranoid and thinks every website will try to steal money from the bank account through a credit card and lose all our money.

So the question is, how can I tell if a website is a scam or not?
And how can I convince her?

I’ve borrowed about $8k in a reserve line of credit at my bank. My bank deducts about $300/month for this from my checking account. If I file for bankruptcy will my reserve line of credit be taken care of in the bankruptcy or do I have to pay it back, IF I’m able to file bankruptcy? Thanks.

I live him and our 14 month old daughter however im financially ok, no outstanding debt, all in credit.
Citizens advice has said best way would be a debt relief order rather than bankruptcy, however im a little worried,
As i live with him and we share rent and bills will i have to do the debt relief aswel?
