What programs are out there for people who make good money with bad credit? I would like to buy a home. I have a good job that I have been at for 10 years. I have been working on my credit but my score is just not going up fast enough. I want out of my apt.

I have been in bad debt and my credit history is really bad by now. I was wondering if there was any chance for me to make it all better by getting a new social security. Is this possible?

We have to refinance our home by January or face a balloon payment. Our credit is not the best and we have had some late house payments. We do however have wonderful credit through our credit unoin and have never been late with any loans through them(car and camper payments and a past loan).They do not handle conventional home loans though. Our bad credit is mostly medical debit. Does anyone know of a place that will work with people in our situation? We don’t want to lose our home.

We keep applying to all of these apartments forking out all kinds of money for the darn deposits and having no luck all due to bad credit but of course they say they can’t explain why. I got a wachovia student credit card last year to help pay for books for college. My dad was suppose to take care of the $5 a month payments, but somehow he managed to forget to pay it. Now I am 19 and in college with bad credit. I am still paying off the $200 balance. But I really do not want bad credit. Is there any way to reverse this. Please help!
